CAPITAL ONE CAFE
Challenge: Capital One Café needed to build awareness and bring customers into its new cafe locations. The issue that the brand has is that most people don't know what a Capital One Café is, what you can do there and who's welcome. Each campaign needed to address these issues in a way that informed as well as enticed people to want to stop in.
Solution: Create a warm, inviting, and fun out-of-home campaign using brand design elements and conversational tone. The ads showcase the café's vibe—its food, drinks and welcoming space. By using contextual cues, like weather, time of day and location, we directly engage people in real-life moments. Whether it's a cold morning or a quick midday break, we talked to them right where they are, making the invitation feel personal and immediate. This helped drive engagement and traffic to the newly open Capital One Café locations.
